Hi! Having an experienced in a Corporate BPO in almost a year, I can say that I am confidently has the ability to do calls specifically cold calling and appointment setting. Then I used to have a certificate award for the Most Outstanding Agent of the year. Due to unstable work and manpower condition, company tend to assigned flexible agents on another task such as Web Information searching and Data Entry. 

I also have a human resource job experienced for two years. Aligned with this are those task such as Report Creation and Analysis, answering Emails and clerical and administrative task. 

Skills other than that which I think can be train and I am more than willing to.

I am pretty flexible with respect to working hours. Deadlines are sacred for me.

I am always willing to learn and will fully familiarize myself with the product in order to provide the best possible task.
