Kristine Lastierre

Hi, my name is Kristine Lastierre, 29 years old. I started my career way back year 2007 as a Customer Service Represetative in Teletech handing a Telco account which is Sprint for more than a year. my main task was to cater billing concerns and promote our services to our customers. After that I transferred to another Convergys, where in I handled both technical and Customer service support for Comcast. Then I was uptrained to do Sales and Marketing to our Customer. I also have an experience for chat and email support. After 8 years I transferred to another company, where in I was able to handle an order entry for Fingerhut account where in we process orders, do upselling and cross selling to our customers. We were trained to become a sales expert, so that we can promote our products to our customers. After 11 years in a BPO industry I decided to venture out and do freelance jobs. I started as a telemarketer offering our services to our clients and make sure we convince then to have their credit scores be fixed by our credit specialist. Then I also have an experience for appointment setter. I also did some data entry jobs. I also had an experience in transcribing. When it comes to work I am highly trainable. I always do research to enhance my skills. I am open minded and have a positive outlook in life.
