I'm currently working as a licensed tourguide in our province which focuses on customer service and satisfaction of tourists who come in our place to relax and unwind. As much as we can, we extend our services to meet the expectations of our guests. As a person who deals with different people everyday, being patient is a must because there will be tourists who will complain about everything, that is the most challenging part working as a frontliner.
