I started as a Telesales Representative for a major bank in the US. I worked as a Customer Service/Support Agent for an online selling site. I have a strong background in technical support; I was a Technical Support Professional II focusing on hardware troubleshooting for a gaming console and a US-based Internet Service Provider. I have a Back-Office experience focusing on data entry/migration as a Senior Assistant for an Australian service provider and recently as an Inpatient Care Coordinator for a major health care insurance company in the US. I am willing to be trained and take on a new role if needed because I believe that learning new things and taking on challenges will open opportunities to grow my career and as a professional.
