Kristine Anne P. Zerrudo

On a personal note, I am 45 years old. I am married with 2 daughters, my eldest is 21 yrs old and my youngest is turning 17 this month. I love to cook and bake. I just learned this passion during this pandemic.

Professionally, I've been working in a bpo industry for 20 years. I started as a call center agent doing outbound calls for consumer and business accounts. I also worked as a customer and technical support specialist. I was assigned to assist my team leader to coach and evaluate performance of the team. I was tasked to be a quality evaluator for onshore agents.

I was promoted as team leader in 2004 and handled both outbound and inbound accounts.

I decided to work from home when my previous company ceased operations. I enjoyed and loved it so much as I get to spend more time with my family especially my kids and at the same time be productive. Apart from saving a lot from food and transportation expenses, I love the thought of not preparing long hours to get to work. 

I am computer literate, proficient in windows and the Internet. I am hardworking and very initiative. I am a people- person with good interpersonal and communication skills. I am well rounded, self-motivated, can do multi tasking, and can work well even under pressure with a team or independently.
