I have 3 years of professional experience as a Customer Service Representative in the BPO Industry. I have experienced dealing with different types of customers and this is never easy most especially since we are just dealing with them over the phone. I have exhibited success in responding to customers' queries even through the phone, email and chat in a precise and timely manner. I always make sure that every time I address a customer’s concern to follow the E.R.R. Procedure. Empathy, Relate and Resolve. I work quickly and confidently with a heart because I love what I do. I’m extremely motivated, a fast learner, a great manager of time and strong analytical skills. I always make sure to meet the deadlines and will know my responsibilities. I am currently working as a part-time VA for 20 hours per week and currently looking for other opportunities online. My work is making social media posts, basic graphics design, basic video editing and helping with email automation.
