I have 3 years of professional experience as a Customer Service Representative in the BPO Industry. I have experienced dealing with different types of customers and this is never easy most especially since we are just dealing with them over the phone. I have exhibited success in responding to customers' queries even through the phone, email and chat in a precise and timely manner.
