Head Administrative Officer
I started to work at Elokuensi English Course as Head Administrative Officer as my first job. This is a small
company so that i was required to manage every part of jobs. I managed daily,weekly and monthly tasks
including manage the class schedule, do phone calls, check the stock of books and study materials, do
customer services, manage the schedule of cleaning service. I also did some jobs as flyer distributor every
6 months (new school academic year) and did some design for the flyer. The achievement i have got for 1.5
years of working at this company is my boss allowed me to train new employees, met deadlines consistently
and boosted earnings. I really loved working at this company as i have learned so many things in my first
job. The reason why i quit is i was offered for a new job which has more challenges in careers and have
different tasks so I can expand new skills set.

Secretary
I worked as a Secretary for a brand of machinery company which based in Indonesia. My job description is
including arrange meeting schedules, emailing, customer service, arrange visas for foreign workers or local
workers that send abroad, manage the operational expenses, monitoring shippings and arrange the shipping
documents, hotel bookings, flight ticket bookings, arrange itinerary for clients who wants to visit the main
office in Taiwan, follow up the enquiries and invoices, arrange annual exhibitions and help another staffs if
its needed. Actually, the company i am working at is a small company so that i do the most of the tasks. The
achievement i got for working here for more than 2 years is my boss allowed me to be the person in charge
in some occasions (this year i managed our company to be one of the exhibitor for Indo Livestock Event
2015) , stayed under budget for some expenses as i am the one who do cost checking that have been spent
by technicians and engineers. The other one is my boss raised my salary by 25% in the first year, and 50%
in the second year.

Front Office Manager
From office life to resort life. I am currently working for Benthos Bali Dive Center & Resort as Front Office
Manager which is responsible in managing daily tasks such as fun dive schedule and the logistics, resort
reservation, expense controlling, document filling, filling guests demands, making income and expense
report for both dive center and dive resort, manage monthly maintenance for dive center and dive resort.
Firstly, I was hired to be working in the dive center only, then after two months I got the chance to be part of
the dive resort as I have a customer service skills and was being trusted as a team leader to make sure all
the guests have the best time during their stay.
