Manages executive meetings and travel calendar, handling confidential and sensitive information, preparation of presentation and meeting materials, and other related administrative tasks.
• Follows-through key department/division initiatives by preparing high-level correspondences, briefings, meeting notes, and tracking and make necessary follow ups on outstanding items.
• Facilitate communication between proper departments while handling confidential and non-routine information
• Establish direct internal and external relationships with key company stakeholders
• Highly developed time management skills and demonstrates ability to meet deadlines to effectively manage multiple projects including the organization of events and functions
• Assists when required in the preparation and completion of monthly business reviews
