My name is Kristina, I am a bachelor's degree holder with 6 years experienced in clinical field. I've worked with different nationalities thereupon it broadens my ability in understanding their culture and most specially the different accents on how they speak that sometimes be mislead to ineffective communication. I have experienced taking doctor's dictation, listening to audio recording devices, and editing reports as well. i have also done encoding data using hospital information system.

I have the capacity to multitask; manage priorities in a fast paced environment/situation geared towards the provision of quality service.Maintains critical thinking skills essential to providing competent support. Excellent organizational skills,proficient in interpersonal and communication skills.I am an advocate for clients rights; strives to understand their needs and concerns.

My skills are not only limited to clinical field, i can also perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. It includes providing support to managers and employees,assisting daily office needs. I can also do medical billing and coding,we know that it plays a vital role between healthcare provider, patients and insurance companies.My various experiences hone my ability in providing safety, quality and efficient service. I am confident enough that I could contribute to the best of my ability to attain service excellence.
