During this 3-week onboarding period, you’ll complete 2 weeks of certification and begin invoicing during your 5 days of Nesting.
Onboarding will move quickly, so we recommend using the calendar below to plan now for each day. It is important to complete
eLearning and system logins by the deadlines provided, attend and actively participate in all client-required live sessions, and
complete all client nesting requirements to graduate into production for Intuit TurboTax.

You will complete your Liveops eLearning in Litmos (accessed from the SAP Litmos tile on your Okta home page).
This is one course that takes approximately 2 hours to complete. All Intuit eLearning (approximately 36 hours)
will be completed in the client’s Learning Management System, Docebo. We will walk through logging into
Docebo during the Prep for Success session available on 2/2 and 2/3.
RETURNING AGENTS ONLY: Privacy Awareness & Security Awareness – Experts and Sales Consultants courses
completed prior to 4/30/22 will need to be renewed. Click on “Renew What is Coming Due” at the top left of
your learning dashboard in Docebo and click on “Renew Now” next to the relevant course.
*Customer Success Expert Compliance (OICS_755): This learning plan needs a minimum of 50% completion.
o Uncivil or Abusive Customers, Threatening Customers, and Customer in Crisis (OICS_5396) – this course
will remain locked until 30 days after you finish (OICS_4891).

LIVEOPS CERTIFICATION TIPS
We are excited to welcome you to certification. Certification will be a mix of self-paced eLearning and client-required
sessions attended through Zoom. Below you will find some helpful tips before you start certification.

Certification will include several live sessions a week. Please plan to attend sessions from the computer you will
be using to provide services and be ready to participate in the sessions.
o Class times are all Eastern time. Plan ahead and arrive on time.
o If multiple sessions are offered each day, you can choose the time you prefer to attend each day. You do
not need to attend the same time for each required session during certification

Client-required eLearning is usually accessible in Litmos approximately three days before your certification
starts.
•
Additional eLearning may be accessed via client systems – if this applies to your program, you’ll get more
information when certification begins.
•
If you are unable to login to Liveops Okta, please submit a Liveops Support Center Case before day 1 to
guarantee you don’t have any last-minute obstacles.
