• Responsible for on-boarding new hires from Foundation Skills Training, Product Specific Training until Nesting/A-Bay.
• Conducts continuous training sessions for current employees in ensuring competency, development, and growth.
• Maintains training records for effective auditing within the team. Responsible in creating basic trackers for all training's attended by all employees within the campaign handled.
• Considerable knowledge in various Training Theories and Adult Learning Principles.
• Handles the Nesting period for all new hires. Assigned to conduct demo calls, coaching sessions, and role plays with new hires to address areas of opportunities before being endorsed to Operations.
• Grades recorded calls from new hires for call certification by strictly following program-specific QA Scoring Guidelines
