Kristel Mae De Pedro

Hi there! My name is Kristel Mae de Pedro, 22 years old. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. I am from the Philippines, and I can be your next rock-star VA/cold-caller.

A little bit of background about me I have 8 months experience in doing cold calls and appointment setting for a real-estate wholesaler. There I have learned to manage client's data cautiously. Generating and storing leads safely for future follow-up.

I have been dialing different states and I am well trained in using Calltools as my dialer. I also have 7 months of experience working in BPO industry taking inbound calls for a different sales account. There I learned doing customer service, providing real-time resolution to the customer's problem, and communicate effectively to make our customer's feel heard and resolved.

Going back to real estate, I make sure that I gather important details in setting appointments, I also write detailed notes.

Some of the tools that I'm comfortable with using are managing leads in Podio, doing comps and calculating ARV using Propstream. Aside from CallTools, I am also knowledgeable in using MojoDialer and batchdialer. I can also do editing for social media campaigns using Canva.
