I am Kristel Mae C. Caindoc, a BS Forestry graduate from Visayas State University, and I have experience working as a Customer Service Representative for almost 10 months under a healthcare account. I experienced calling patients and clinics, as well as talking to their physicians. I also have experience working with data entry tasks using Athena. I am knowledgeable in HIPAA regulations. Lastly, I know how to use various Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and Teams. As well as using Google Mail and Calendar.
