PROJECT DESCRIPTION
REIMBURSEMENT CLAIMS PROCESSING
Automation on Reimbursement Claims from two different sources. The source file
is coming from a web application and the other one is coming from an excel file. The
data generated from each source will be processed and used to create claims. All
claims processed by the robot will be reflected in their monitoring log file. The process
involved are: the extraction of claim details in PDF, encoding the claim request to a
web application, updating excel files, and sending report files via Outlook. The created
Robot is an attended Robot that is being triggered by the User.
DOCUMENT TO ORDER PROCESSING
Automation on Order Entry Process from different Resellers (9 Countries) by
getting the Purchase Order (POs) from email and extracting PO details in PDF then
encoding the extracted information to the Terminal Emulator (Rumba). Order Entry
processed by Robot will be reflected in their web application - Dashboard and data are
stored in the Database. The (4) Robots are unattended Robot being controlled by
Orchestrator. 1 Robot - Extracts Emails; 2. Extract the PO details; 3. Identify PO
Category; 4. Order Entry
QUOTATION ON GOODS AND SERVICES
Automation on Renewal quotes and validation for the vendor of goods and
services to be purchased. The renewal of licenses/services can be done by accessing
the Web application and encode the necessary details based on the requests. The
robot fetches the email requests then renews the license through the web application
and sends an email to the vendor once the process is completed.
EXEMPTION RETURNS MANAGEMENT AUTHORIZATION CREATION
Automation on RMA creation (accompanied by other requirements in fulfillment
to this: RMA Creation, Email Notification, IMI Closure) for SKUs which do not meet
Vendor Compliance Terms. The robot does the following steps:
-IMI Information Extraction via a web application
-Exception RMA Creation through via web application
-Editing of RMA information through Terminal Emulator
-CDR Creation through different Web Application
-Customer Email Notifications through Outlook
-IMI Closure
BPO BACKGROUND CHECKING
Automation for a monthly background check report. The robot periodically runs
the name of all BPO resources from each different client, through three different
websites. These reports are collected in PDF format, saved, zipped, and sent by the
robot to a 3rd party client.
ACCOUNTING REPORT COMPARISON
Automation for the generation of current day job accounting report and
comparison against previous day report. The comparison is done to monitor the
change in profitability between the two runs. Once the Robot is able to complete the
tasks, it will send an email notification. A set of comparison, month to month basis is an
additional feature to Robot.
PAYROLL DISTRIBUTION AND ENCRYPTION
Automation for Payroll distribution across all employees with the attached
encrypted PDF file. Additional Robot features are added such as Performance Bonus,
Special Days and OT.

AIRLINE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
Testing project for the enhancements of the Revenue Accounting System of an
international airline client.

RETAIL CLIENTS:
1. A retail client that provides the ability to create various online orders like STH
(Ship to Home), BOPIS (Buy Online Pickup In-Store), and BOSS (Buy Online Ship to
Store) with the help of customer call center associates. CDA provides a
consolidated interface across multiple existing Home Depot applications and
provides process guidance and simplifies current processes spanning across
multiple applications automating redundant tasks.
2. A retail client that uses the Salesforce -- provides real-time mobile access to
Care Cases, escalation, and SLA management, and increases speed to resolution on
Services Care issues. The project also addresses some of the gaps identified during
Customer Care’s transition to Salesforce; such as building web service automation
for Service Provider and Services Field Team contact information.
