I began my professional journey in 2018 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting from the University of San Jose-Recoletos. My early experience as an Accounting Staff at AFA Lim Accounting and Consultancy Services provided me with hands-on exposure to core accounting duties, including audit assistance, tax computations, and client advisory on tax obligations. I further honed my skills at Island Shipping Corporation, where I managed extensive audit and financial reporting tasks, handled tax remittances to the Bureau of Internal Revenue, and processed corporate documentation with government entities such as the SEC and local government units.

In 2022, I transitioned to the Australian market, joining Harris Real Estate in Adelaide as a Real Estate Bookkeeper. In this role, I managed trust accounting, fund receipting, month-end reports, and real estate-specific invoicing. My expertise in reconciling accounts and handling property-related financial transactions contributed to streamlined operations and financial accuracy within the company.

Currently, I serves as an AU Bookkeeper at DotAdvisory in Canberra, where I continue to demonstrate excellence in financial reporting, cash flow management, payroll processing, and tax lodgment. I also support clients by preparing FBT Returns, TPAR, and Payroll Tax, ensuring compliance and financial clarity.

I am proficient in a wide array of bookkeeping and accounting software, including Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP Business One, and the MS Office Suite. My certifications—Xero Advisor, Xero Payroll, and QuickBooks ProAdvisor—underscore my technical expertise. In the real estate space, I have proven capability in using CRMs such as RealHub, Agent Box, Multi Array, Console, PropertyMe, and Property Tree.
