With over seven years of progressive experience in project management and human resources, I currently serve as a Senior Human Resources Project Manager at Robert Half. I lead the Contingent Worker EMEA and Global Vendor Subcategory in the Workday Implementation Project, focusing on strategic project management, technical documentation, and cross-functional team leadership. I define scopes, develop structured project plans, and oversee resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

My role involves acting as a liaison between HR, IT, vendors, and business units, while managing comprehensive testing lifecycles with minimal defect rates. I am committed to fostering collaboration and proactive communication while mentoring project managers and providing guidance on test strategies and tools. Skilled in Smartsheet, Prosci Change Management certified and certified in project management, I am passionate about driving efficient and successful HR technology initiatives that empower teams and streamline processes. While I have most experience with Waterfall, most of my projects have required a hybrid approach. PMP certification is in progress.
