I've been working in BPO Industry for 3 years. I had a lot of experience when it comes to how product works and how to navigate different tools. As expected, if you are a call center representative your patient is really tested. Specially now that I am an Online English Tutor for 6 months. The road is not easy. Been to difficult circumstances but still continue moving forward for the better. All I can say is I'm totally dedicated when it comes to work. I give my 100% effort and you can count on me always. This is new to me but it doesn't mean I can't handle it. Enthusiasm and dedication is the key.
