Kris Carla Aguallo

I worked as a Real Estate VA for 2 years now. My job experience as a VA was merely focused on real estate. The company I worked with before worked with real estate investors and my experience focuses on making purchase agreements, managing Social Media accounts, Administrative tasks, customer support, verifying phone numbers, skip tracing, probates, tax delinquents, pre-foreclosures, scraping and research. I also do graphic design on real estate flyers, brochures, banners and the like. 

However, I am very much flexible if there will be other tasks assigned to me what I am not very much familiar with. I am willing to do my own research and study in order to learn. I am also very open to training. I believe that my work experiences are an advantage in order to complete the tasks that you need help with. 

It is my passion to aim for your business to be successful because your success is mine as well. I am simply happy to work and I work with a heart!
