COM is a proper solution for the travel agency to centralize their booking in single platform to safe time and to be able to control the business easily and its connected with many CRS supplier along with GDS and LCC suppliers. The travel agency does not need to train its employees in different system and it supports work flow for the travel agency and call center. There will be only a single call Centre handling the operations for all the different sales channels.
The operations performed by the call Centre includes:
