As call centre admin assistant, I was responsible for the electronic
distribution of electronic queries from clients. Queries were distributed
according agent skill level and competencies. Involved in informal training
fob new agents when they on the floor. I was responsible for quality
control of all first responses via email to clients. This was to ensure that
the query was correctly engaged, and relevant responses sent.
As a quality assessor, I was responsible for listening to calls made by the
deliveries department to ensure that all prescribed processes had been
followed on the call. This included internal processes as well as all FICA
processes due to the nature of the products we delivered. (Credit cards,
cellphones, smart devices)
I moved to operations and processing when I became a supervisor in the
Vaults. I was responsible for KPI report and ensuring that all items were
handed over to the relevant departments by cut off. Duties included
managing staff (EG, their leave, providing management with daily and
monthly productivity reports I was responsible for ensuring all Service
level agreements with our clients are adhered to. Any anomalies picked
up with deliveries needed.
In Card Control, I am responsible for ensuring that billing for different
clients is complete. Responsible for 25 staff members, 10 of which are
