Shelby Sauer --To whom it may concern, Konstantin Topic worked as a team member and Lead support agent for me for roughly a year at Art Storefronts where I am Technical Support Manager. During that time he was dependable, managed his time efficiently, and never failed to surprise us with his ability to work with our artists on the platform to provide problem solving oriented solutions. Konstantin was an asset to the team serving as our Lead Billing Specialist assisting with retention and account management. He was always up to a challenge and always willing to push his limits on knowledge to get better in his role. Konstanin is highly motivated and showed great interest in learning new skill sets to grow his career. To this end, he was able to offer support to all our Technical Support Specialist level 1 agents effectively and artists on the platform alike. Having Konstantin as a member of any team, those working with him would be able to see his ability to adapt and overcome any challenges placed in front of him.
