I’m Km Anupama, a dedicated and performance-driven professional with over three years of experience in technical support, customer service, and incident management—particularly within the Apple ecosystem. I specialize in resolving complex technical issues related to iOS, macOS, and Apple services such as iCloud, Apple ID, and AirDrop.
