I worked in the BPO industry for more than 3 years, where my specialty is taking care of the customer's and company's needs. 

In my first 2 years, I took inbound and outbound calls. I was booking a hotel room reservation, offering credit cards, handling complaints, and answering queries. After I mastered all these, I was picked to join the Quality Team. I've been performing Quality Analyst tasks for more than a year. 

The tasks include monitoring calls and providing actionable insights, identifying common customer issues to improve customer experience, evaluating forms to capture insights from these interactions, attending meetings with our clients, extracting data from the system to evaluate performance, and setting a meeting with the leaders of the company to ensure alignment with the organizational goal.

I also worked as an appointment setter for a dealership based in TN.
