I have worked as a Senior CRM (Oracle Siebel Certified) Business Consultant for 7 years and since 2012, I run my own business of health food store & environment related event planning and execution.
I have taken active part and managed major projects in the Telecoms and Banking areas where I worked as a Key Senior Consultant, Trainer, Analysts, Team Leader, and as a Project Manager.
I have extensive experience organizing and running analysis workshops with the key users from different departments of the company to gather functional requirements and propose solutions that map the business specifications into the functional requirements.
Through my working experience in both the Telecoms and the Retail sectors, I have gained excellent customer service skills and managed challenging situations with a customer-focused mindset.
I have studied in the UK and worked as a Business Analyst in projects both in Greece and Germany.
I am fluent in Greek (native) and English (I have completed my studies in the UK and always worked using English as a main or secondary language). I have very good knowledge of German and I am also certified in French and Spanish.
