Kissette Mae R. Petiza

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Management, major in Marketing Management, from Cavite State University – Bacoor Campus. During my college years, I discovered my passion for leadership and collaboration by leading teams across multiple academic projects—managing timelines, delegating roles, and ensuring accuracy and quality in our outputs.

Before entering the professional workforce, I gained hands-on experience across various industries. I worked as a sales associate in a micro-retail FMCG business, where I developed strong customer service, sales, and inventory management skills. I also spent over two years in the food service industry, strengthening my adaptability and ability to work with diverse clients. In addition, I gained experience in events management, supporting both online and face-to-face programs.

In 2021, I joined in an NGO as a Project Coordinator, where I found purpose in helping young people prepare for their future careers. I currently manage programs for high school and college students, including college-level initiatives that guide learners through business simulations and certification programs, giving them practical experience and a competitive edge in the workforce.

I also worked closely with corporate partners like sponsored progras, ensuring smooth project implementation—from coordination and administration to execution—across both virtual and on-site settings.

Through my professional and academic background, I have developed strong skills in handling customer concerns, managing inquiries and complaints, and maintaining positive client relationships. I am meticulous with details, carefully follow instructions, and consistently deliver quality results. My background in business management, including experience in logo design and business plan development, enables me to meet and exceed client and organizational expectations.

I take pride in completing all work personally, ensuring reliability, confidentiality, and accountability. I am a dedicated, punctual, and creative professional who values honesty, strong work relationships, and continuous learning. I am committed to providing efficient, effective, and high-quality work, and I look forward to opportunities where I can contribute meaningfully and grow professionally.
