I experience in processing and submitting electronic and paper claims using the medical software NextGen. I have data entry experience with entering charges that get billed to insurance providers. I have knowledge in identifying and reading EOBs and also posting those payments to patient charts. I have acted as an account receivables representative; following up and collecting from Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF). I have also used NextGen and ViaTrack medical clearinghouse software to work backend payer rejections.
