First of all, I would like to tell that I worked for the world largest software corporation (SAP) in Austria, Vienna. I worked in Product Support Team, consulting our clients, who are the biggest enterprises from all over the world (Deloitte, Microsoft, IBM, P&G, Gazprom and so on) on financial issues, that occur in SAP FICO. I also assisted as a queue manager and did a part of customer relations managerial job, so I possess strong professional skills in business communication and customer success. I also did a great part of my job from home, so I already have an experience working remotely, and can organize myself to work hard and smart outside the office, what should be a good advantage on this position.

I also worked as an Intern for the world’s largest non-governmental organization (OSCE) in its headquarters (Vienna, Austria). I was an intern in the Department of Management and Finance (DMF), extra-budgetary contributions sector. During my time in OSCE, I assisted my supervisors with extra-budgetary contributions, preparing pledge acceptance letters, reallocations and receipt letters, maintaining the ExB contributions database and following up on received pledges. I analysed project budgets and existing funding gaps, and highlighted risks associated with accepting ExB contributions. All this requires strong communicative skills on the highest level because our ‘customers’ are 57 States all over the world, so I had to communicate with Ambassadors, Ministries of Foreign Affairs and other people from the diplomatic sector. I also had to stay in touch with project managers, providing them with information concerning the new contributions and asking about task allocations.

Secondly, I should mention that I already have a Bachelor degree in International Economic Relations, and am currently finishing off my second Bachelor in International Business Administration at the University of Vienna. Both University programs have focused on international business and economic aspects and have provided me with an extensive base in this field.

I should also tell about my language knowledge - I am fluent in English and German and my mother tongue is Russian. Furthermore, my computer skills in MS Office, SAP ERP, Google Analytics, Photoshop, and Oracle make me suitable for any kind of office work. I am quick to understand, learn, am always able to generate creative ideas, have excellent presentation skills and am totally flexible when it comes to teamwork and interpersonal communication.
