I own test strategy across functional,API, integration, automation, and performance testing, manage distributed QA teams, and drive structured estimation, requirement analysis, and transparent quality reporting. I have also strengthened API testing maturity across REST, SOAP, and Kafka pipelines, and introduced advanced Playwright training to elevate automation capability. Previously, as Team Lead –QA Engineering at Calsoft Inc. and Test Lead at GS Lab, I designed and scaled automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Cucumber BDD, built UI and API automation suites, and introduced Grafana- and Allure-based dashboards integrated with HPQC to improve visibility, triage efficiency, and release confidence. I played key leadership roles in projects including Dell SPOT (Pricing Optimizer), Tenable.cs (Cloud Security), Veritas Cortex, and Jet2 reservation platforms. My earlier foundation at EXFO and Avaya strengthened my expertise in telecom-grade quality engineering, UI performance testing,AgileScrum transformation, defect lifecycle governance, and cross-functional QA–engineering collaboration. I was also the first employee at EXFO to complete Scrum Master certification, accelerating Agile adoption across QA and engineering teams. Certified as an ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, and recognized for driving GenAI-based testing innovation, SDET-driven automation, datadriven QA governance, and engineering-led quality culture, I consistently build high-performing QA teams, predictable delivery models, and robust automation strategies aligned with modern DevOps ecosystems.
