I worked for 3 years as an email/chat support agent for a publishing company (Springer Nature) which also includes tasks such as data entry and technical support. With that being said, I can say that I am an expert with the following applications: MS applications such as MS WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, OUTLOOK, Freshdesk, SAP MPS and SAP CRM.
