I started working when I finished my OJT last 2019. While I am waiting for my graduation day. I decided to enter my career in the call center industry way back May of 2019 until March of 2021 with an Inbound call: Product and services account. Gannett company who handles USA Today. I really enjoy talking to different customers with different concerns whether it is an inquiry, billing, payment, tech support and etc. This job enhances my ability and confidence to deal with people. Until pandemic happens. I resigned with my first job due to personal reason. But this offers me a new door for my second job as a Virtual Receptionist for a Luxury salon which is based in Singapore. We do create or schedule appointment for their desired serviced they wanted to book. We answer inquiries through chats and email as well as to do a daily report every end of the shift. We also do weekly, semi-monthly and monthly sales report. In my years of experience as a customer representative and virtual receptionist I learned to be very passionate towards work and enhance my communication and interpersonal skills. I have strong sense of responsibility. I am also flexible and willing to take variety of tasks, attentive to timed schedules.
