King Bryan Cruz

Hello, I'm King, Bryan Cruz, you can call me Kim. I am a nursing undergraduate, also have a Customer Service experience. I worked as a caregiver before I worked as a customer service with Sprint Mobility. I can work on a shifting schedule, graveyard shift, holidays and weekends. Working with Sprint, we help customers in regards to billing issues, taking payments and giving them idea on the plan or device that may be suitable to their lifestyle. We also help them troubleshoot their device if needed.
