I have 9 years of customer care experience in 3 different fields. First I worked as Technical Service Representative for 8 months under Pilipinas Teleserv Inc, it was an Inbound Account in which the main concern is to configure the mobile phone for internet consumption. After that, I worked as Technical Service Coordinator for 5 years under F.A.S.T Laboratories in which the main job is to receive phone calls inquiry and face-to-face inquiry about the laboratory services and capabilities, I also received the commercial product from the manufacturer for nutritional facts, shelf life study and other test that required under the FDA (Food and Drug Administration). Lastly, I worked as Science Laboratory Technician for 3 years under St. Dominic College of Asia, I prepare the chemicals, equipment and instruments that will be needing for the activity of Medical students such as Microscope, Incubator, Fumehood so on and so forth. As of the moment, I work as a part-time Account Manager of SB Medical for dropshipping.
