Nov 2018 A student wasn't able to be routed to a stop. I performed a map comparison
of VersaTrans and Google and discovered what was wrong. I corrected street names and
direction for Transportation Operations to give to the bus driver and update the
student’s parents.
April 2019 I moved Durham out of the local Netshare and onto Google because we
needed the data to be trackable, transparent and accessible by multiple users at the
same time.
Dec 2019 National Express allegedly loved my creation for Candidate tracking and now
use it across all their CSCs.
Jan 2020 Several drivers have told me that since they put me in charge, I restored their
faith in fairness for field trips and charter assignments.
Since the beginning of the pandemic resulting in my layoff June 2020, I have been doing
data jobs on UpWork and other job sites or staffing companies where remote data entry
or virtual assistance is offered.

• It started as an entry-level customer service 2-week contract. Answered phones and
provided info about bus routes. Support ticket creation to be followed-up by the
Supervisors about buses and stop locations.
• Once given access to a computer, in my downtime, I created various spreadsheets and
forms in Excel, Word & their Google Workspace.
• Sign-up forms, Bus parking assignments, and Special Needs Student Ridership.
There was a paper form for drivers to fill out stating if various students rode that
shift / day; after that was turned in, I would data enter that into my Google
Sheet.
• Later we input the Google Sheet info into the SC Department of Education
site for Medicaid report tracking.
• They extended my contract and I was Front Desk receptionist for a couple months. I
assisted applicants with workstations, applications or application status.
• Another extension and I assisted Routing. I learned how to designate or delete stops,
assign or change students to stops and alter routes as requested. Updated the website
