Kimberly Kate Pinto

Having obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology at the University of Northern Philippines and have an experience as an executive assistant, I wish to bring my knowledge, skills and commitment to excellence to your environment.

 As an Information Technology graduate, I believe I have obtained valuable computer knowledge during my college years through my OJT and other activities that have given me a solid base upon which I plan to build my career. I have the knowledge on how to access your email accounts, create a google meet , set up your google calendar and other admin tasks. I am attention to details and a computer literate which means I have the knowledge in data entry, and other computer related. I also have the knowledge in creating company logo’s, Tarpaulins, ID’s marketing covers and portfolio of the company as I am also a graphic designer. I am using Adobe illustrator and photoshop.

 I have 2 years experience as an email and chat support with our client from the US. I would say conversing with people through the use of either email or chats on different platforms. Plus my previous job is so much similar as well which makes me well qualified for the role I am applying for. 

I also have experience as an executive assistant for almost a year which is also a plus as I already have the knowledge and skills for this job.
