I enjoy solving basic computer/technical problems, troubleshooting issues, and coming up with solutions in a timely manner. My ability to effectively communicate with others is what drives my ability to solve a variety of problems.

I have a 3-year technical and sales support experience with AT&T and 2 years being part of the training department. We train people for basic skills ā taking phone calls and chats.
