I worked for TaskUs back in 2019 and honed my skills there since I was under a hybrid account for a hotel reservations app, this basically meant that I had to take inbound calls, place outbound calls, do email and chat support as well. After TaskUs, I worked for ResultsCX (formerly known as The Results Companies) there I worked as a retention specialist for a satellite radio account wherein I took in calls and did a bit of sales.
