I have been in the BPO industry for more than 5 years. I started as a Customer Service Representative in Teletech Management Care Inc and was promoted to an Assistant Supervisor. I was trained to handle challenging customers and answer escalated calls. I worked with Comcast, a telecommunications company in the US territory.

 As a Billing/ specialist, my task was to explain to customers about their bill, set up extensions for those who are requesting a payment extension or process refunds if needed. Aside from that, I do sales and technical tasks at the same time. Being a consistent top agent by getting 100% CSAT or customer surveys and meeting the metrics required, I got awarded as the Best Customer Support of the Year.

I decided to work from home and landed a position as an Executive Assistant. I have been providing Virtual Assistant and Customer Support to small businesses and worked closely with CEO and business owners. I am also a Client Success Manager of More Clients More Fun. Our clients are professionals, CPAs, lawyers, doctors and I manage their LinkedIn accounts, emails, book appointments, and organize their calendars. I also send DTA for email campaigns to get more potential leads via LinkedIn.

I also worked with  as a Virtual Assistant and communicate with clients who are interested in the hiring people in the marketplace and freelancers who want to find home based jobs. 

I am confident that with my experience, I can bring my skills to a higher level. I think this is my best opportunity to continue and enhance my skills. I have been helping a lot of clients in managing their calendars, checking their emails, responding to the messages, and closely interact with other clients and customers.
