 I am a self-motivated individual who takes pride in contributing to society by using my knowledge and experience to help advance my country’s economy. I believe that my strong technical experience and education will make me a very competitive candidate in this establishment. I graduated from high school with five CXC subjects. I’m a fluent English speaker and am computer literate. I am a dedicated and committed worker. I take my responsibilities seriously. I take a keen interest in the ‘bigger picture’ and will always go above and beyond to ensure the job is done.

I am highly self-oriented. I am a peoples person and I always have a positive attitude towards everything. I am a very trustworthy individual and I can think objectively. I have great critical thinking and am always coming up with new ideas. I am open to learn anything new and learn as much as possible because as I grow there always room for improvement and something new. Am very punctual, determined and a hard worker. 

I have 5-6 years of experiences within the call center BPO. I have experience as a sales representative, customer care rep, real estate agent, reservation agent, appointment setter, virtual assistant and technical support agent. I have sold many different types of services to customers, I would say am a hard core sales agent and I have also been through many type of scenarios with customers within the customer care department. I enjoy working with customers because at the end of the phone conversation there’s this type of connection that is built over the phone as you have known them for a long time so you want to ensure they leave your line feeling satisfied.
