I became an admin assistant after I graduated ny bachelor's degree last 2023. I was able to monitor the behavior of the employee and even their salaries and incentives. After that employment, I applied as collection agent. I was able to get the quota of the company that is why I was always one of the top agents. After of being an agent I was promoted as a Quality Assurance Specialist and Trainer. I created email template and provided scripts to agents for negotiation. As an officer I was also assigned to monitor and remind the agents regarding their behavior. I was awarded as Best Officer of the quarter since I show my compassion to both agents and management side and I also show them how passionate I am to my work during that time. I just needed to resign from that work because I need a remote job to monitor my family at home. Hoping that in this site, I will be able to get a remote job.
