I have almost 3 years of experience in customer service and data entry. From my previous jobs, I have handled direct contact with the customers/clients to assist and find resolutions for their concerns using all the resources provided. I have worked in data entry specializing in home and car insurance. Became a part of the contact center and sales team for a printing services where I handled inbound calls for 8 up to 10 hours shift per day. My most recent job was an attorney fees collection specialist. Not only I have experienced collecting payments but also worked on back office, text & emails, voicemails, and inbound & outbound calls to our clients, SSA officers, OHO officers, and the PC.
