Initially undefined, her role evolved into Head of Special Projects, where she leveraged her management consulting background to drive strategy, licensing, business models, integrations, and third-party evaluations. She established key stakeholder relationships (both locally and internationally), introduced operational structure and processes, and ensured cross-functional alignment.
