ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have extensive experience in training over the last 15 years. I have also worked within a team developing and launching a new national training program for all A&W Restaurants in Canada.
One of my accomplishments was implementing ways to improve service times and took the restaurant from 22nd place in Alberta to number 1 in speed of service in our drive-thru in 10 weeks.
Another accomplishment was having the restaurant place in the top 15 of over 700 in Canada for 2009, based on service, operations and sales growth.
COMMENTS
After more than 15 years in the restaurant, I decided to pursue running my own Virtual Assistant business as well as working in an office environment. During my time at A&W I attended and participated in a number of workshops designed for dealing with staff, including mediation training for disputes.
