I have been in the BPO industry for 15 years. My first job was in Convergys as an inbound/outbound sales representative. We are trained to help customers concern with their account and create a need for them to convert into a sale. I am trained to match the sales from the customer’s need. I have been part of the cream of the crop for 3 consecutive years and built a proven good track of record in sale conversation. My second job was in Wells Fargo where I have been part of a pioneer account for credit cards and went my way up as I grew my career from a regular phonebanker/customer service representative to becoming a customer service manager. For 10 years, I am trained and gained skills in providing an excellent customer service experience. I have been part of a pioneer account which also helped me build my skill in handling a team focused on coaching, skill transfer, skill building, process improvements, people management, time management, leadership development, hiring for success and project management. With all of these experience and skills I have gained from my previous job, I strongly believe that I can have a great contribution to your company as I proved that even on new knowledge I am adaptable and quick learner. It has shown as well that I am capable of being on top of my game in every aspect or in everything that I do.
