I am currently working as a full-time DevOps Engineer in Lingaro Group.
My tasks here include acknowledging, creating and investigating tickets,
resolving the client’s issue and monitoring data processes. It is also my job
to make sure that the processes will complete successfully and if not, we
have workarounds for the failed processes to fully provide our services to
the clients.

• We assign incidents based on our region. I am assigned and was the only
one taking all APAC incidents while most of my colleagues were on EMEA
region.
• Once we take ownership of the incident, we analyze them and gather
further information then proceed to searching resolution to be provided to
the client.
• Use KBs (Knowledge Base) articles where it consists of the resolution or
workaround that would resolve the issue. These KBs are being used when
an incident has been encountered before.
• Create KBs that are not existing yet or when a new issue has been
encountered by the client.
• Coordinates with other teams like CloudOps and Dev Team when
investigating an issue, with gather information from them that would help us
communicate and provide thorough information to the client regarding their
issue.
