I started working retail in 2015 at A'Gaci LLC in the Mall of America. Within the first 8 months of working there I was awarded Employee of the month 3 times. These were granted to me for being the fastest cashier during holiday season, being the fastest shoe grabber in the shoe department, and signing up the most people for the store's reward program. I was then appointed as the lead of the shoe department. The responsibilities that came along with this included scheduling employees, training in my department, organizating the shoe floor, taking care of shipment, and counting registers. In the next year, I left to do similar jobs at both Charlotte Russe and Forever 21 in the Mall of America. I worked both jobs simultaneously for about 50-70 hours a week total. At these jobs I excelled in customer servicing and cashiering as I did at A'Gaci. In 2017, I worked at Nickelodeon Universe as a Ride Operator. My job was to start the ride and make sure everyone was safe and had as good of an experience as possible. In June of 2018 I started work at Activision Blizzard as a Quality Assurance Tester. My job here was to be very detail oriented and find all of the bugs and glitches in the game. This is an environment that requires all employees to be very descriptive, have good communication skills, work well individually and in groups. After a year of working here I was picked to lead multiple tests which involved up to 150 people. I was also appointed to lead many automation tests individually. I worked on Call of Duty Black Ops 4 for the entire time that I worked at Activision. I reached the top 15 of our lists for best testers of 400 other employees. In all of the jobs I have worked communication, speed, and efficiency have all been the biggest key factors. These are 3 things I pride myself on everywhere I work.
