Hi! I’m Kier Joegil Fadri from the Philippines. I’m a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with solid experience in data entry, email support, and product research. Over the past few years, I’ve worked in roles that required accuracy, organization, and clear communication —Google all of which have helped me build a strong foundation for remote support and administrative work.

My background includes working as a Payment Specialist, where I processed transactions and maintained accurate records under pressure. I also served as an Email Support Specialist in a logistics company, where I handled customer concerns, tracked shipments, processed work orders, and ensured timely communication between teams. These experiences taught me how to manage high volumes of data, solve problems efficiently, and communicate clearly with both customers and internal teams.

In addition to my support roles, I’ve worked on e-commerce tasks like product research and scraping. I’m familiar with tools like Keepa, Tactical Arbitrage, Flipmine, and Revseller, which I’ve used to analyze products and identify profitable deals for Amazon. I’ve also done administrative tasks using platforms like Google Sheets, Outlook, Zoho, and Slack.

What makes me reliable is my commitment to accuracy and my willingness to learn. Even without formal bookkeeping experience, I take initiative in learning new tools and systems, and I always double-check my work to avoid errors. I also value teamwork I’ve stepped up many times to support overloaded colleagues and help my team meet deadlines.
