Facilitated the procurement of tissue for transplantation and research. Handled the
process from medical review to family contact to arranging the logistics and
dispatching teams for surgical procurement. Each day involved close interactions
with the many hospitals and Medical Examiner’s offices in the large service area. I
also served on an internal research council, working together with research institutes
to further the field of organ and tissue donation.

Planned and organized all logistical operations for bi-monthly trips to Mexico to
provide free health care to 50-100 local villagers. Conducted health screenings such
as blood pressure, glucose tests, body fat analysis, basic physical strength exams and
taught English to local children.
