Roles & Responsibilities- Current Employee Count-400+ ▪ Onboarding - Joining Formalities, introduction to IRM, Buddy & other POCs, facility Tour, joining kit, orientation etc. ▪ Induction – Planning & Execution of the three-day program (Udaan) for trainees and one day induction (Genesis) for Lateral hires. ▪ Goal Setting – Ensuring completion of goal setting process from T-E4 grade on Infogram, Orientation sessions for T to E4 grades. ▪ Grievance Handling – Addressing and resolving all staff queries/grievances; responsible for employee counselling and feedback. ▪ Probation Confirmation – Discussion, assessment & closure on HRIS tool. ▪ Engagement & CSR Activities – Planning & Executing with maximum participation from associates. ▪ Infogram (HRIS) – Closure of all the transactions from Onboarding, Transfer, Relationship Change, Exit workflows. ▪ BGV – Supporting BGV team on case-to-case basis to close data insufficiency for regular & client BGV process. ▪ Employee Connect - Onboarding, Regular & Resignation connect to discuss & update the inputs on the tool which is used to prepare report for each BU and ensuring a harmonious environment is maintained. ▪ Rewards & Recognition –Conducting employee rewards and recognition program for high morale and enhanced organizational commitment within specified budget. ▪ vBond – Facilitating in planning and execution of half yearly team bonding activities. ▪ Internal / External Surveys – Working on the action items to ensure complete employee participation in engagement surveys. ▪ PACE (Performance Management) - Orientations, assessments, discussions, inputs to business on HRIS system as per the policy. ▪ PIP / DAP – Discussion, business case, approvals, internal team coordination & closure.
