Nkechinyere Ojiego is an award winning experienced Strategic Human Resource Professional with over 19years experience that spans the Telecommunications, Banking, Management Consulting and Retail Sectors.

Nkechi holds two degrees from two prestigious tertiary institutions in Nigeria. A bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Lagos, with a 1st Class Honors and a Higher National Diploma in Banking & Finance from Lagos State Polytechnic, where she graduated with an Upper Credit. Nkechi is a Senior Certified Human Resources Professional (SPHRi™) of the Human Resource Certification Institute, a Certified Human Resources Management professional (CHRMP™) of America Certification Institute and also a Senior Certified Professional of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP®), all in the United States of America.

Over the years, as an HR professional, Nkechi has designed and deployed interventions that significantly improved employee experience and engagement. She has also implemented learning solutions that transformed employees' attitude towards work, which led to improved productivity and cost savings to the tune of millions and billions of naira for organizations she has worked with in the past.
