I am an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with over 9 years of hands-on expertise in financial management, with a strong focus on bank reconciliation, payroll processing, accounts payable and receivable, and compliance reporting. I’ve worked with both local and international clients, supporting businesses across Australia and the United States, and have consistently delivered accurate, timely, and audit-ready financial records.

In my current role at Accounts All Sorted (NSW), I handle a full spectrum of bookkeeping tasks including payroll processing, BAS and IAS preparations, TPAR lodgement, Single Touch Payroll (STP) finalisation, and the day-to-day management of accounts payable and receivable. I also support various ad-hoc tasks as needed to help streamline our clients’ financial operations.

Prior to that, I worked at Elka Asenso Outsourcing Inc., where I supported multiple Australian clients from different industries. My responsibilities included bank reconciliations, manual journal entries for year-end adjustments, payroll processing, and setting up chattel mortgages. I was also responsible for the timely submission of Quarterly BAS, Monthly IAS, and TPAR reports, ensuring full compliance with ATO requirements.

From 2021 to 2022, I served as a Bookkeeper at Kick Collective LLC (Lexington, KY), where I managed bank reconciliations, payables and receivables, while also taking care of inbox management, travel bookings, and other administrative support—demonstrating my ability to balance both financial and operational responsibilities effectively.

Earlier in my career at Paglaum MPC, I held progressive roles from Accounting Staff to Full Charge Bookkeeper, and finally as a Bank Reconciliation Specialist. I was responsible for preparing financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations (bank and inter-company), and handled the full month-end and year-end closing processes. One of my proudest achievements during this time was successfully reconciling records for 14 branches, resolving over 10 years of unreconciled items, and significantly improving audit results—earning me 3rd Place in the Excellence Bookkeeper Awards.

I bring with me strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills, and I take pride in delivering financial accuracy and supporting business decisions with reliable data. I am confident that my skills and experience can add real value to any finance team I join.
